Resized screen and buttons for ease of use in foundry.
Pin Control is now a drawer, and has an easy access button on the main screen.
Forward/Backward/Beginning buttons are always enabled once a ribbon is started.
Added Start Pump/Stop Pump and Deliver line buttons.
Added new preference (on by default) that enables automatic stopping/starting of the pump when the ribbon is started and stopped.
Added "Lines in Job" drawer that shows the lines in the job, with the current line highlighted.
Fixed an "off by 1" error that caused the user interface to suggest the ribbon was 1 line longer than it actually was.

The web and ui frameworks underlying this tool have been upgraded. This should result in better performance, fewer crashes, especially when left running, and less random errors when upgrading OS version.
Re-enabled "Jump to Line" functionality.
The tool now deals with windows line endings better, such as when the ribbon file is edited on Windows or passes through an Exchange email system.
Make cycle sensor debounce a preference setting, variable between 0ms and 55ms. Note: this is an advanced setting used to deal with cycle sensor bouncing, which results in missed sorts. Making an incorrect adjustment with this setting can cause the cycle sensor to be completely disabled, so be sure to contact me if experience missing sorts when casting.
Fix release of Preference window on close, which caused the app to crash the second time the window was closed.
